Fun Facts & Things You Need to Know

Everything you need to know for a relaxed, beautiful day at Rockin’ A Farm.

Welcome to Rockin’ A Farm — where nature sets the stage for unforgettable memories!
Before you arrive, here are a few fun tidbits and helpful details to make your visit easy, relaxed, and full of joy.

 

Outdoor Venue:  Our entire venue is proudly open-air — from golden fields to shaded tree groves. (Sun hats encouraged!)

Inclement weather policy: There are no refunds. There is a small, covered porch that can accommodate 50 guests or tenting can be rented.  If you're concerned about rain on your special day and have more than 50 guests, consider a venue that can accommodate your needs.


Cancellation Policy: Rockin’ A Farm is booked based on supply and demand; any given date and time slot is sold and held for you alone, which means that someone else who might have wanted that date and time is unable to secure that date. For that reason, there is a no-refund policy.

Accommodations:

  •  up to 50 guests with current infrastructure.

  • Events larger than 50 will require:

    • Additional rentals (tables, chairs, tents, linen, etc.)

    • Trailer Restrooms

    • Generators may be needed for entertainment

  • The Restroom is wheelchair accessible through the front door of the

Bunk House.

  • If you plan to get dressed on-site, please reach out to management to

make the necessary arrangements.

Parking:

  • Accessible parking can be found by Bunk House.

  • Parking Signs will direct you to the appropriate location.

  • Inclement Weather may result in Parking at High School and Shuttling your guest.

 

Preferred professionals:

  • Including officiants, which are not included in the hourly rate, are located here.

 

Catering/Cake/Beverages/Alcohol:

  • Can be served as long as setup, services, and cleanup are completed during the reserved time. Additional hours can be added for a nominal fee.

  • Alcohol may be brought in for the event.

    • All Alcohol must be served by Hill Country Events or our In-House Team. A Bar and Two Shelving Units are available.

    • Client is required to provide Event Insurance.

 

Decorations: 

  • Specialty décor may be brought in but may not be adhered to any permanent structures.

  • No nails or screw may be used.

  • ALL clean-up is the sole responsibility of the client.

 

Smoking in designated areas only. 


Pets:

  • Must be leashed.

  • Their humans must also be responsible for any poop scooping.

  • Rockin’ A Farm does have livestock and IS NOT responsible for the welfare of your pet.

 

Music: 

  • Portable music and acoustic live music is allowed, as is an iPod.

  • Bands and amplified music is allowed on a case-by-case basis.

  • There is no wired sound system.

 

Professional Styled Photo Shoots can be purchased for $150 per hour.

 

Fireworks, sparklers, & fire lanterns are expressly prohibited:

  • Bubbles are highly recommended.

  • Due to the nature of the concrete chapel, no rose petals are allowed.

  • Rice, confetti of any type, poppers, artificial rose petals, or any other send-off item that would require clean-up, is expressly prohibited and cause for forfeiture of your deposit.​

ALL must cleaned up before you leave or you risk forfeiting your deposit.
